I failed to build the current CVS FOP unfortunately. Attached are two version of PSRenderer.java, one retrieved from fop-0.20.3-src.tar.gz and the other is a patch.
This patch will render the PostScript file in same appearance (position and size of border, table and font) with PDF's. Although we noted that the size of border and table in PDF file is smaller than it should be. Regards.
