You have to login to xml.apache.org, cd to
/www/xml.apache.org/fop/...wherever... and perform a cvs update -d
This *should* be done by Sam Ruby's script every six hours.
Found a bug in the script. Fixed it. Reran the script manually.
Let me know if there still are problems.
