I wonder why you don't mention that line-height is a min/opt/max space.
Surely that will (when implemented) be usefull way to limit the size og
empty areas.
You are right once again, I forgot that!
This could not be an adjustable property when lines must be aligned, but
otherwise it is a "natural" source of stretch and shrink, just as spaces
between blocks.
