How do you mean precisely?
Some users already use XSLT 2.0 with Saxon and FOP. If I'm correct,
since FOP uses standard JAXP, no modification should be necessary in
FOP, but setting the javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory system
property at runtime should suffice to make sure the desired
implementation is used.
