Anyone know about these? It appears that in some fonts ATM uses an ".MMM" file to manage weight (i.e. boldness) with a mathematically encoded "weight axis," rather than simply including a bold, semibold, etc. permutation of each outline.
I've never seen one of these before. Is there any chance we can use such a font with FOP to produce bold output? -David
