I can post a copy of the revised fop.jar (based on fop .20.5) if you like - however, we've made a number of other "tweaks" to make fop more Microsoft-Word like, so it's possible (in fact even likely) that we may have introduced other bugs by hacking the code. Probably safer to see if there's an "official" fix. In any case, let me know if you'd still like to try out the .jar and I can send you a link. Another option would be that I can track down just the src changes we made to fix this specific issue and just post those .java files. Of course, this fix only applies if you are sure you don't have duplicate id's in your .fo file, which will still generate the error (properly so, in that case).
