If you send us a small snippet of your it'll help. Send us just enough
to give us an idea of what you're doing, although you should test it by
running it through FOP to make certain it has the same problem.
One thing to remember, is that all table-cell elements must have
<fo:block>yata yata</fo:block> as a child element. In addition, they
musts also include fo:table-column, and all the normal stuff that's
required.
