Plan? Yes, sure. Timeframe? Unknown at the moment. It's not on the top of my list, at least. Large parts of the implementation for the collapsing border model already exist but there are certain difficulties in the implementation (interactions between table-header, table-footer and table-body) that made me put this topic aside. However, I believe that a somewhat reduced implementation wouldn't take long to complete. The research is all done and written down in our Wiki. It's only a matter of allocating some time again.
