Sascha, after a short exchange with another RTF specialist, I've committed my changes that add SVG support to the RTF output. It may not be perfect, yet, but maybe it already helps you. So, if you're into Subversion you can download the latest sources from there (FOP Trunk) and try it out. Improvements and patches are also welcome. :-)
