Hello again.
I ve downloadet FOP 0.92 today and tryed to run my fo file with it. I still
get an error saying: 

C:\work\FOP092>fop ../bild.fo bild.pdf

Support for RFC2397 data URLs is built into FOP Trunk today and will be
available with FOP 0.92. Otherwise, use the solution pointed out by
Manuel.
