Hi guys,

The alignment of the output is perfectly alright, I just can't display
it correctly here in the mail. It's just the line break that puzzles me. I hope this looks more like the real thing - if Thunderbird or any other
client doen't ruin the indentation:

"Blablabla some text which easily
   fits into the given space"

If the problem really _does_ relate to the wiki page, I would be very
grateful if you could explain it to me in one or two more sentences...I
just don't get it.

I think this is a bug, and not caused by indent-inheritance...

I'm roughly guessing that, in case of text-align='center', the layoutengine works with a stretchable/shrinkable pseudo-box at the beginning *and* end of the lines (to distribute the excess space evenly), while when text-align is omitted (= initial value of 'start'), only one would be needed (maybe even none at all).

Not entirely sure if the description is accurate, but I think it goes in that direction. The pseudo-boxes' widths somehow cause that break- possibility to be considered as more favorable than not breaking the line.

What happens if you choose text-align='justify'?

Cheers,

Andreas
