If you're embedding a TrueType font in a PDF and use that, you lose the ability to copy from the PDF to the clipboard. That's because Acrobat cannot extract the text because FOP does not generate a particular table that is needed for that to work. I assume this will also affect searching. This also affects 0.92beta.

But I guess you may then have problems with certain spanish characters. It's unknown when this is going to be fixed. We have a patch for FOP Trunk/0.92 but we have to sort out IP issues first.
