If you aren't intending to use draft mode in your documents, then you can
set the DocBook stylesheet parameter named 'draft.mode' to 'no' and the
reference to draft.png will be omitted entirely from the your FO output.

I get this exception:

connect%java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
I tried to use a resolver. How can a resolver be used in FOP? How do I
know, if the resolver is used?
