Table header printing on next page - Seems to be room for last row

Hi all,   In the following the table header appears to be printing on the next page when there is ample room for the last, albeit empty, table row. (example file lid1.pdf)   Is this a problem?   FWIW when I remove the last empty row (line 404 to 408) the entire "STATUS HISTORY" moves to the next page. (example lid2.pdf)   Am I missing something?   I'm using 0.93. and have coloured the regions to assist debugging.   Cheers   Tim Keen
