- The shift is 2 or 3 mms at minimum to the up and more important (5mms)
to the left.
- PS files were generated with -ps option, PDF ones with -pdf. Then I
printed PDF file through Acrobat Reader, and PS one through gsView.
- In Acrobat Reader, no fit options were used. I even personnalized the
paper format from 29.7cm height (A4 format) to 29.8cm (it the height of
the paper used for pre-printed forms).
