I have a phone number listing that lists employees sorted by department,
and each department entry looks something like this:
DEPARTMENT NAME
Employee 1 99999
Employee 2 99999
Employee 3 99999
etc. The listing appears on a two-column page, but here's the catch: If
a department listing does not fit entirely in the current column, the
text "DEPARTMENT NAME-cont." needs to appear above the remaining names
that go in the next column. I'm not aware of any way to make a block's
inclusion dependent on a column break occurring, and I can't see how
markers are going to help, either. Does anyone have any suggestions?
