Im really sorry....but i dont see differences between what i wrote and what it should be...could be blank spaces ?

This should be:
<directory>/sgcv10/software/OpenCM/Files/ALI/Fonts</directory>

However, I wonder why the XML parser didn't object to that file.

What does your config file look like now? It could still be a mistake in
the configuration file or a wrong path or something else.
