I vaguely remember that we had a similar issue with our Test server (it's working now on this Test server). To get it to work, I remembered deleting the fop cache file, but I can't seem to find the location of this cache file now. Help!

Have you tried hardcoding the path? If it's not actually working on the test server it may just not like your font. I don't recal if OpenType fonts are fully supported in FOP 0.95. It also had that missing font warning. I had the output from our other software set it to HTML instead of routing it to FOP for pdf.
