Hi Ruud, Sorry for the confusion, I seem to have really miscommunicated on this one. The problem that wasn't high priority was the full CID-map embedding in PostScript, I have attached a patch for this bug to your bug entry. If you want the fix, apply the patch locally, or hopefully a committer will apply it to trunk. We've done a fair bit of testing on it and it seems to work fairly well.
