Ok yeah the log4j its having isuees to find the configuration 

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(org.apache.fop.util.ContentHandlerFactoryRegistry).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for
more info.
i go to the faq guide and it say try loading the class or resource yourself.
If you can't find it, neither will log4j.
