No, i was wrong, there is no linked dependencies. Just inconvenience for
packaging.

I believe it does, but I can't trust the results, since the reported
'possibly excessive buildreqs' contains false-positive, usually.

I want a solution that we have a script specifically to find out
obsolete buildreqs, or that cvc/rmake report them without error.
