Only problem I see with this method is that bugs that are checked
first don't really need to be checked. Bugs I filed or that are
assigned to me (and by me, I mean any of us active
users/members/developers) are not isolated, we keep an eye on them.
But bugs that are filed by end users are rotting somewhere in our
bugtracker and these are the ones that we should check. Going
sequentially from older bug reported (lowest number) will ensure that
obsolete reports get closed or processed as they should be.
