What you should do is number the N elements you are permuting on from 1 to N.
So, in your case: 0 ----> 1 1 -----> 2 . . . 12 -----> 13 Infinity ------> 14. That way you can use existing Gap commands. That translation business is absolutely necessary in order to use GAP.
