Hi, I never encountered this kind of bug in PSPad; I belive, PSPad doesn't store any vital data in registry, maybe just some aditional information about the currently running instatance of the program etc. To check a possibly corrupted setting just install the PSPad into another location (unpack the installation archive). Alternatively you can move PSPad.INI and PSCache.BIN to other location temporarily and see, if it corrects the problem. You might also try to overwrite the stable install with the last beta version 4.5.4 (2331) from the developer forum, as some bugs were fixed in the meantime. (Another group of problems is related to scripting (try disabling WSH support in Settings:: system integration) - but the error messages are usually different.)
