I had exactly the same problem. It just started one day. Worked fine before, I don't know why it started. Disabling the WSH support worked for me, too.
Now because of some unrelated problem with another application, I tried the following advice from: http://www.winhelponline.com/blogs/51/Can-I-install-Windows-Script-56-in-Windows -Vista.html > Open an elevated Command Prompt. To do so, click Start, > click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click > Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. > Type the following command and press ENTER. > > regsvr32 vbscript.dll > and I /think/ it also fixed the PSPad problem.
