I had exactly the same problem. It just started one day. Worked fine before, I
don't know why it started.
Disabling the WSH support worked for me, too.


Now because of some unrelated problem with another application, I tried the
following advice from:

> click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click 
> Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.

and I /think/ it also fixed the PSPad problem. (I can now enable WSH support in
PSPad again without problems.)
