I use pspad to edit a "services" file which include Chinese chars. after save, this file cannot be read by the application because pspad change something in file.
I can use notepad++ to succefully do this job. above is the line cause the problem, it should be display as two lines(second start from "c:000103...."), but in pspad, it only display as one line. éŹ
