I found the problem come form PSPad cannot recoginse the UTF-8 file with Chinese chars.
notepad ++ can display correctly when set Encode in UTF-8 in Format menu. But I failed to let PSPad have correct display. So after save, the file will corrupt. in PSPad cite: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MTV_é
