Tradition says the host does a Soft Reset, etc, following any error.
I happend to think it is time for T13 to go beyond this and define
what errors are and how they are indicated and what the host is
expected to do about an error.

For SET FEATURES? Sounds like a BAD DRIVE to me. What is the SET
FEATURES subcommand?
