It is just the nature of email lists like T13. It takes time to make sure your reply is going to the right address (back to the list, not back to the list, etc). Many people using email are completely clueless about how the To:, cc: and bcc: options of email work. Many people are using stupid email software that doesn't even show these options or allow access to these options. I don't know how many years I had to deal with people using email software that used the Sender: field as the reply address - something that RFC822 said "DO NOT DO THIS" - thankfully most of that old email software has been retired. So... unless people take the time to see where their message is going, until people get and understand their email software, until people get email software that works right, and maybe most of all, if you are on a list like T13... you need to put up with a certain amount of the same question or comment poping up now and then. Its life folks - get used to it! BTW: I frequently ask people to reply privately because there is no need for the larger T13 community to see product specific information (like "where can you buy product X?").
