Does this imply that changes (such as this change) will appear at apparently random and uncoordinated times in the ATA-8 set of documents? Does this imply that the ATA-8 documents will have more errors and inconsistent information than ATA/ATAPI-7 (that is full of this sort of uncoordinated information).
