Brad,
My first guess is a designator or comment , Select the auto mode for both
ref designator and comment and position everything to the center of each
component.
Second...make sure all of your components were place with an origin near or
on the component, preferably the center. An incorrectly generated footprint
with an origin way off center will yeild your problem
