Protel used to draw all fills - they even had an efficient method for doing
so using the fattest available apt for the middle and the filling in the
edges with a much smaller apt - worked well even if you only had round apt
in your apt file.
I suspect the algorithm is all still there - just need the ability to set
the maximum apt size for embedded apts and to force all fills to be
drawn. I think, Mr Protel CSC, that you can take all this as a
suggestion. Can't be hard to implement and it would seem you prevent some
alienation of some PCB houses - which is always a good thing marketing wise.
