Okay, maybe I can help with this. Drill drawings are useful for checking
purposes, but not much else, as long as you have a drill file to actually
command the NC drill. The fabricator will massage it if necessary. So I
would not put too much sweat and tears into a drill drawing.
However, if you still want one, and you are able to generate a drill
drawing that shows different symbols at all, you can make a drill chart by
placing one example of each hole in a drawn chart. That was SOP with Tango
PCB until the last rev.
