No direct way, but there are a couple of close possibilities:

1) In SP6, you can do a File | Save All, and it will ignore any ddb's that
have been opened read-only.

2) If you don't mind documents closing... in the design you want to save,
right-click on a tab and choose "Close All Documents"; the first one that
Protel encounters which has changes will cause a save dialog to pop up.
First check "Apply to all documents", then choose Yes to save -- that way
you are only prompted once.  (You can sometimes use "File | Open full
project" to get everything back, but that might be more than you want!)
