I was about to reply that there is a type, "Unspecified" -- then I looked to be sure 
and it wasn't there!  It IS there for ports and sheet entries (which is what I was 
thinking of), so it seems like it would be more consistent to also have it available 
for pins.  A good addition for the "suggested enhancements" list.

After assigning a lot of pins (324 of em..) on a BGA  the other day I
got a couple of ideas for the future maybe?

- A new electrical type in the electrical type pull down called "Undefined".
This would make it easier to spot as yet unassigned electrical types in a design.
Since Protel defaults to "passive" here,  it is hard to know when you
look at a part definition later,  if it really is supposed to be passive,  or you
just didn't know what the pin should have been when you created it.
