Gordon,
my thoughts exactly when I read the original post. A perfect example
of more fluff and wasted time for features which don't contribute to my
productivity. Not to mention that it is only sound until whatever dot.com
goes down the tube like all the others. Who wants umpteen dozen quotes from
unknown sources with unknown quality anyway? A perfect example of features
meant to suck managers into buying a package over the protestations of the
actual user.
In all fairness to Protel, this is a PCAD feature which has now been
ported over to Protel but who cares? Possibly some hobbyist who just wants
to get his sample design at the best price possible and doesn't care or
understand the dangers and headaches.
