I hope so. But I attended a half-day seminar (in North Sydney) put on by
Protel last year, and amongst the features (provided by Protel 99 SE) that
were demonstrated was the 3D-Viewer, which the presenter seemed to take some
pride in.
(After our return to work, a fellow employee (who had also attended) quizzed
me about this feature. I said that I had tried it once, at the time Protel
99 SE was first released, and that my PC hung at the time, and that I had
not tried using it since. I can't recall, off-hand, whether his PC then hung
as well, but he has not tried using this feature since then either.)
I guess it is now reasonable and correct to assume that Ian was again jiving
when he (also recently) said that Protel's source code should be written in
Cobol. (Thinking about this now, ROTFLOL.)
