Thanks for the ultra-quick response Michael.

Well in my case with a limited test, two components (one with the vias in
pad), it did not seem to work. Seeing your response I tried some further
testing and found the following.

Test 1.
a)      You're right. However the DRC does not immediately clear although
online DRC is ON.
b)      Tried a couple more operations, routing traces, moving components,
etc., DRC was still highlighted.
c)      Ran DRC manually, violation highlights were removed.

Test 2.
a)      If I unlock & then relock the component primitives, even without any
other intermediary action, the DRC highlight is turned off.

        Seems online DRC does not respond to some operations in real-time.
Not a good situation, sure screwed me up for a while and temporarily blew my
confidence in understanding what I thought was pretty clear.
