hi all. its really nice article and tried to investigage the use of computer and com s/w in goverment sector of nepal,So i like to request to all govermental offical who r alwaws like to talk about e-governence but lacking focus on small things .All things begins from small things.So why not start from small practices so that we can migrate e-governence easily and those small modules can be made ourselves by our own domestic manpower
