It'd be good if some representative from FOSS Nepal ask formally to Canonical
to ship some (few hundreds if possible) CD/DVD of Gutsy to be distributed in
Nepal so that users can come in and probably download or burn it from their
respective ISP, Freedom Toaster or directly at FOSS Nepal office. Put the CD
image in Wlink, NTC, Mercantile etc... and users can download without incurring
extra overhead on ISP as well as get fast connection within Nepal.

As of saying this, the Shipit (http://shipit.ubuntu.com) is closed ATM and that
is why I believe someone in FOSS nepal should write a formal e-mail instead to
ask for Gutsy.

Similarly someone could ask Novell for 10.3?
