At least it's being implemented with FOSS Nepal as the technical partner with the help of Help Nepal Network. I'm not trying to advocate for Case B, which proves that it was not a zero implementation by a bunch of people, but vice-versa. Let's reverse this trend by involving all FOSSians, coming up with new ideas and implementing. And let's not say ZERO implementation guys. That's what ideas are for, it could be just vague ideas or could even turn out to be great ones. Even if we could implement 10% of those ideas, wouldn't it be great? Implementation really depends on the people involved. Just giving ideas (big talks) on the list (nepbabu, I'm not trying to point finger at someone like you who is abroad), and not implementing is not a great idea! Let alone giving time and effort, some don't even turn up for meetings citing different reasons. Just giving ideas and giving time/effort are two different ballgames!
