All the concepts are very good and nice but less thing about to include the
fossians outside valley.
The main thing is that how will foss-nepal support its fossians outside the
valley and guide them in the initial phase.
Do Foss Nepal has a guideline to cooperate with fossians outside valley or
any working structure.
We from chitwan are assuming that when we are created we will be listed
inside the foss-nepal and so we do to foss-clubs here generated by us and
supporting hirearchy goes fossnepal->foss chitwan.nepal->foss xyz.chitwan
and so on
