Hello friends, I am using Windows XP professional (SP2 version) I have got a problem in my computer. I have just formatted my computer as it had got restart problem after installing an update for Java run time environment.
Now, after formatting my computer and installing everything, what I have just encountered is that my computer displays all the drives, like floppy drive, and the partitions but it does not show my CD-ROM. I have also checked the computer hardware properties but it is not either displayed there. So, can you please tell me how can I veiw it or reinstall./ fix it to make it work.
