Dear Bibek, Thanks for the reply, actually I thought there should be any formalities that needs to be met but nevertheless. My HOD told me that ask the process so if there critierias met with our college rules and regulations then he told we can go ahead thats why I asked for the help. So shall I goahead and talk with principal about the establishment but I need to prepare a letter for that so what do you think I need to include in that letter. Please reply ASAP.
