There are three obvious choices. Either we do it on the specified
date, or do it earlier or we may postpone the date. Most probably
folks from IOE won't be able to contribute a lot because of the exams
which will last till Ghatasthapana if SFD is celebrated before 19th of
September or even on 19th. Also most people will have left kathmandu
towards their home town at that time (Well, this might not be a big
issue though). So there are many hurdles on the way ahead. As pravin
dai said, this is a huge subject of debate.
