How about a week visit from 6th sept to 11th sept in around valley in some organization, colleges and industry. At the same time generate/seek some fund from those visits as donation for FOSS Nepal.
then have FOSS picnic on 19th september where everyone contributes finance personally per participation. In this way we can keep the SFD theme intact.
