it is not just HLCIT which translates Free to निशुल्क . Actually, this is
the problem I also found in Ubuntu translation on launchpad. In several
places, Free has been translated to  निशुल्क .
Clearly, we have either not be able to make our point clear or our
explanation of FOSS philosophy has largely been ignored by several quarters.
