I believe it is just a technical mistake, because we have been in communication with Higher authorities and Engineers at HLCIT, and they have the knowledge of what FOSS is.. so I believe this must be one of the mistake from a translator/computer operator. We need to let them know and we hope it will be fixed soon. I urge Community members to stay patient and not make it a bigger issue.
