Since 2001. Thanks goes to international volunteers who have significantly supported and contributed since from the starting of building wireless network in the mountain. Not only building of physical infrastructure but ENRD has been equally given importance to develop various applications such as tele-teaching, tele-medicine including with local e-business which are useful tools for the social delivery services. Since from the starting ENRD has been gathering all the university students, academia and professional researchers to build such system from one desk. This time also ENRD is planning to customize open source multi-casting; multi-destination web based video conferencing system by the huge participation of national / international researchers, technology practitioner, IT professionals, and university academia and college students. There are many open source web based web applications available in the market they can be customized according to our needs and requirements. User friendly end user Interface with localized version. 2. Decrease the existing delay in audio and video transmission during the time of live conference. 3. Decrease the bandwidth consumption from the application side. 4. Integrate the white board features in the system. 5. Improve the scalability features in the system for many users. Basic skill to play with Ubuntu Linux Operating system , web server and bash/Perl etc scripting 2. Advance level of skill on HTML5 and CSS 3. Medium level of skill on web based application JAVA programming, PHP/MySQL, etc. 4. Medium level of Knowledge on SIP, ASTRIK and VoIP. 5. Knowledge on Multimedia such as audio, video encoding is recommended. The project period is divided in total 3rd phase (total 7 months) First Phase – 2 months (Research, System design and analysis) Second Phase- 2 months (Coding) Third Phase -3 months (debugging and implementation, development of manual) Volunteer should work under the guide line prepared by project coordinator and should have capability of self study by surfing internet, such as collect related information, and participate with many online discussions groups to gain knowledge for developing the system. Upon the necessity the organization will organize online/offline or hands on training on the advance issues.
