Thanks for taking this initiative. Definitely a good idea to organize
a small get together on this. Have a few questions from my side:

- Has there already been any preparations or do we need to start from
scratch? We can create a planning page on the wiki.
- How long is Nama jee staying here? Is the proposed date already
fixed or do we need/have some more time to prepare?
- Also need to decide about the venue
- Need to make a call for the interested audience to be a part of the
event, be it on the foss-nepal list or college lists or fb/twitter,
etc.
(Perhaps we could also have let the students know about it in the
IOE workshop last week! anyways...)
- Not sure about any costs associated with the event or perhaps any
organization willing to support it

I'll have some time to dedicate for its preparations later this week,
Thursday and/or Friday. Do let me know if we could do something on
one/both of those days. We'll also need to get other people, already
working on OSM, in the loop soon.

Cheers,
Subir
